  5. 5If BM finds that the image is unclear, incomplete or insufficient for review, BM will ask you to provide additional information. The service starts only after BM confirms payment is received and the IRD letter is complete.

Can I send the letter first before paying?›

This service starts only after payment is received and the IRD letter is complete. If you would like BM to provide a handling direction for the letter you received, please follow the page instructions to arrange payment and submit the letter.
